Joseph Hamaty MSA, PMP, CFRE
Founder/CEO
Joseph Hamaty is the Founder and CEO of JVH Consulting Services. For the past 12 years, Joseph has served nonprofits in operations and development. Joseph’s previous nonprofit titles include Executive Director, Senior Campaign Manager, Director of Development, and VP of Development. Joseph excels in positively impacting organizations. He thrives in meeting and exceeding vision goals, all while serving the greater community. Joseph consults with faith-based organizations, medical clinics, community nonprofits, schools, and churches. Joseph is a skilled collaborator who leads by example. JVH Consulting Services was born from his desire to tend to the needs of others.

Joseph graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Criminology, a B.A. in Political Science & Social Studies, and an M.S. in Criminology. He graduated from University of West Florida with an M.S. in Administration and a Certificate in Not-for-Profit Administration. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and he is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

Victoria Hamaty
Co-Founder/Creative Director
Victoria Hamaty is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of JVH Consulting Services. With over 15 years of experience directing various ministry initiatives, serving others is one of Victoria’s greatest joys. Her previous director titles include Director of Community Engagement, Director of Campus Ministry, Director of Discipleship and Youth Ministry. Directing, organizing, and planning programs is where Victoria thrives. Her heart for serving others is evident in her motivational keynote speaking, as she responds to the unique and specific needs of the organization she serves. Her vast experience in ministry has afforded her the blessing of partnering with and coaching numerous individuals and missions. Victoria’s strong communication skills allow her to convey messages that are clear and well received, inspiring her audience.

Victoria graduated with Honors from Florida State University with a B.S. in Communication, specializing in Public Relations, and a Minor in Child Development.
