Joseph Hamaty is the Co-Founder of JVH Consulting Services and previous Chief Executive Officer. For the past 12 years, Joseph served nonprofits in operations and development. Joseph’s previous nonprofit titles include Executive Director, Senior Campaign Manager, Director of Development, and VP of Development. Joseph has positively impacted numerous organizations and individuals, having consulted with faith-based organizations, medical clinics, community nonprofits, schools, and churches. Joseph strives to lead by example, and JVH Consulting Services was born from his desire to tend to the needs of others.

Joseph graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Criminology, a B.A. in Political Science & Social Studies, and an M.S. in Criminology. He graduated from University of West Florida with an M.S. in Administration and a Certificate in Not-for-Profit Administration. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and he is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

Victoria Hamaty is the Co-Founder and current Chief Executive Officer of JVH Consulting Services. With over 15 years of experience directing various ministry initiatives, serving others is one of Victoria’s greatest joys. As Chief Executive Officer, Victoria ensures our team at JVH stays on task, working thoroughly and authentically. Her previous director titles include Director of Community Engagement, Director of Campus Ministry, and Director of Discipleship and Youth Ministry. Directing, organizing, and planning programs is where Victoria's strategy shines. Her heart for serving others is evident in her motivational keynote speaking and communication efforts, as she responds to the unique and specific needs of the mission she serves. Her vast experience in ministry has afforded her the blessing and privilege of partnering with and coaching numerous individuals.

Victoria graduated with Honors from Florida State University with a B.S. in Communication, specializing in Public Relations, and a Minor in Child Development.
